Le workshop Mystic River est une expérience créative
immersive de 7 jours encadrée par Stéphane Charpentier
(photographe, vidéaste, commissaire des projets image
et son Temps Zero).
Il se déroulera au début de l’été dans le cadre enchanteur
du village médiéval de Alet-les-Bains : au cœur du pays
Cathare, terre d’aventure entre montagnes, forêts, vallées,
rivières, sources d’eau chaude, et légendes vivantes…
En explorant un langage pictural à la fois introspectif
et ouvert aux rencontres extérieures, les participants
travailleront à la création d’un projet visuel personnel :
série photo ou vidéo – enregistrements sonores –
montage de séquences individuelles pour la projection
de fin d’atelier.

des travaux réalisés pendant le workshop dans les ruines
classées de l’ABBAYE de ALET-LES BAINS .

The Mystic River workshop is a 7-day immersive and
creative experience instructed by Stéphane Charpentier
(photographer, videomaker, and curator of the Temps Zero
image and sound projects).
It will take place in the enchanting setting of the medieval
village of Alet-les-Bains, in the heart of Cathar country,
a place to adventure yourself surrounded by mountains,
forests, valleys, rivers, sources of warm waters, and living
legends.
This workshop aims to guide each participant
in exploring a pictorial language that is both introspective
and open to external encounters. Each one will work on
building a personal visual project that resonates with their
sensitivities and personal themes: photo series or videos –
field recordings – editing of individual sequences for the
end of workshop public screening.
